Shipping  

All patio heaters ship FREE via UPS and FedEx ground throughout the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur an additional $95.00 in shipping costs. Please be aware that there may be additional costs associated with shipments to Canada but we will accommodate as best we can to ensure you're not charged an arm and a leg!

At Patioheaterz your order is processed immediately and normally ships within 1 business day. A few orders may be processed within 2-3 days due to backorders or increased popularity of items. Nevertheless, we ensure to get your products out as soon as possible!

If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified. Please notify us if a delay is unacceptable.

At the present time, we only ship within the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

Returns  

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product you can return it for a full refund less our shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the order. See additional conditions below. If you have any questions about our return policy please free free to call or email us.

• The product must be in new and original condition.
• You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Just initiate a return by contacting us through email or phone.
• You must return all the original packaging. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returns which do not include all packaging or are started after 14 days will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
• Any customization of a product unfortunately cannot be taken back. 
• If your product was shipped with free shipping, we will refund you your purchase price minus our shipping costs. Due to the weight and size of some patio heaters, the shipping costs can be quite large (i.e. upwards of $100). If you have any concerns or hesitations regarding the shipping costs, please email or call to find the specific shipping charges you may incur for returned items. 
• If you paid for shipping, we will refund you the full purchase price of the product without shipping.
• Please email or call us before shipping back the product. We may have you ship it to a different address depending on the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges  

Exchanges are handled similar to returns. You can exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchanges after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. See additional conditions below.

• The product must be in new and original condition.
• You must return all the original packaging. Returns which do not include all packaging will be accessed an additional 15% fee.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Custom products will all incur a 15% restocking charge.
• There may be additional shipping costs for exchanges.
• Please email or call us before shipping back the product. We may have you ship it to a different address depending on the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

Refunds  

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

• The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-7 business days).
• The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days).
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Understanding Shipping Days

Shipping days as calculated by FedEx, UPS or the USPS are business days. Shipping days do not include the day that the package was shipped. If an order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. Overnight shipping means that the package will be delivered on Wednesday. 2nd day Air means that the package will be delivered on Thursday and so forth. Note that a Monday order with overnight shipping does not mean you will receive the order on Tuesday. Likewise, a Thursday order with overnight shipping will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday. Weekends and holidays do not count as a shipping day. If you absolutely need an order the next day, please call us to see if we can arrange shipment on the same day.
